  • Is there a daily maid service?

    This depends on the house, the guest’s coordinators will provide the schedule if it’s not daily.

  • What does breakfast preparation mean?

    Breakfast preparation is included in various rentals on the site or we can arrange it for you. This means we will have our chef come to your rental and prepare your breakfast daily. You are responsible for purchasing food and beverages.

  • How do I get to and from the airport?

    Contact our concierge team and we will arrange a private shuttle for you and your group. Please give us at least 1-day notice to coordinate the shuttle.

  • Where do I pick up and drop off my keys?

    Your guest coordinator will send you instructions ahead of time or how check in and check out works for the villa.

  • How do I get a hold of LVCR for any questions?

  • How long will the deposit stay on my credit card?

    The security deposit will be refund 7 days after the check out.

    Contact our concierge team and we can coordinate and recommend the top tours and activities in the area of your rental.

  • Do I need a vehicle to get around?

    Contact our team to understand how far grocery stores, town, etc. are. Some towns offer golf carts, buggies, ATVs and more for rent as well.
