Casa Aina is a modern, classy and luxury home situated in a private 1.6-acre (6500m2) property fronting the beautiful white sand beach of Santa Teresa. This 7 bedroom, 7 1/2-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates big families or a group of friends in a unique, private and safe location. In the shade of numerous trees, you can relax in full privacy while listening to the ocean and watching some fantastic surf. This luxury retreat will make you feel home away from home.

Between the house and the beach there is a naturally shaded, spacious, open area to hang out with lounge chairs and hammocks. Guests can enjoy a cocktail or dinner with an amazing view of the tropical sunset at the large dining table that is located close to the beach.  

Casa Aina is located within North Creek Estate, on the same property as Casa Quetzal (4 bedroom 4 ½ bath). Both houses can be rented separately or together for a large group, sleeping up to 28 guests combined  

Sleeping arrangements (Sleeps 18)
  • Master Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 with an amazing ocean view, king-size bed, en-suite full bathroom, desk area and walk-in dressing room. One of these 3 master bedrooms has a large walled-in outdoor shower
  • Master Bedroom 4  with garden view, king-size bed, en-suite full bathroom, desk area and walk-in dressing room
  • Bedroom 5 and 6  with double bunks, en-suite full bathroom, desk area, closet, twin xl size beds
  • Bedroom 7 Separate studio  handicap accessible with queen a king size bed, dining table, kitchenette and en-suite adapted full bathroom and a private terrace

  • Gate operated with a keypad
  • Pedestrian gate operated with a keypad
  • Secure storage for surfboards and bikes in parking area
  • All access to house, gates etc. is with keypads (no keys required)

Cancellations made less than 95 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless the dates can be re-rented for the same amount as the original reservation. In this case, the guest will be charged a 25% re-booking fee.
