Villa Izel means "Unique Villa" in Nahuatl. This exquisite villa with panoramic views over the jungle and the Manuel Antonio Bay truly deserves its name.
This is four-story modern mansion is one of the most beautiful homes in all of Costa Rica, the perfect destination for group travel and special celebrations in one of the world’s most recognized national parks.
Villa Itzel spans 12,000 square feet and consists of two wings with a total of 10 bedrooms, three master suites, plus seven comfortable bedrooms with 10 full and three half bathrooms. It is set in a very private neighborhood in the green forests of Manuel Antonio National Park. The panoramic ocean views from the pool and balconies are nothing short of spectacular, and the villa is so close to the beach that you can hear the comforting sounds of the Pacific Ocean.
A large variety of wildlife visits Villa Iztel's jungle location. Several types of monkeys, exotic butterflies, and tropical birds share the jungle that surrounds your luxury accommodations. This incredible villa has many glass walls that allow natural light to flood the interior spaces. Indoor and outdoor dining for 12, two outdoor living rooms, a large infinity-edge pool that features a 20-person solar heated whirlpool, a game room, gym, cinema, and even a spa, are all part of Villa Itzel and are yours to enjoy with your family and friends.

Sleeping arrangments (Sleeps 26):
- Master Bedroom 1, with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a large bar with mini-kitchen, vanity, dressing area, security safe, and its large private balcony with panoramic views of the beach, ocean, and rainforest, located on the upper level of the eastern wing.
- Master Bedroom 2 and 3, with a king-size bed, a large en-suite bathroom with whirlpool tub, sitting area, desk, located in the lower level.
- Bedrooms 4, 5, and 6, with a king-size bed, large closets, king-size beds, marble, and limestone baths with jacuzzi tubs and showers. They share outdoor terraces with ocean or jungle views, located on the top level in the western wing. Bedroom 4 and 5 have each 1 trundle bed
