Bedroom 6 (West Wing living room): King-size bed, or King + Single Bed, shared bathroom (with Master 3 or 4), and private terrace.
The house sleeps up to 12 adults and 4 children (no more than 12 adults per group).
Each wing features two master suites connected by a smaller bedroom, which can also be used as a sitting room. All suites have spacious en-suite bathrooms with double sinks and indoor and outdoor showers, as well as wrap-around balconies.

Booking:
A $2,500 deposit of the total rental amount is required to book Villa Capuchin. The deposit shall be paid within 48 hours of reservation as a partial payment of the rent. In the event the deposit is not received within the specified time period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no further notice to guests.
The balance shall be paid at least ninety (90) days prior to your check-in date. Reservations not paid in full by the balance due date shall be subject to cancellation. Reservations made less than ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date shall require immediate full payment by wire transfer.

“Security Deposit”: A refundable security deposit of $1,500 is due ten (10) days before the check-in day; The property managers retain the right to withhold the Security Deposit after expiration or termination of Guest’s tenancy, and to deduct it from the Security Deposit costs for extraordinary expenses or damages including, but not limited to, damage to the Property, loss and/or misuse of personal property (e.g., internet modems/cables), excessive laundry and/or cleaning, staining of linens/towels/carpets/furniture, loss of keys and/or garage door openers, rearranging of furniture, or long distance or per call telephone charges. If expenses and/or damages exceed the amount of the Security Deposit, Guest shall be required to pay additional fees to restore the Property to its pre-rental condition within ten (10) days of Guest’s receipt of additional billing if the damage exceeds the paid security deposit. If no damages are found, the security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the check-out.
Cancellations:
Please note that cancellations made sixty (60) days or more, prior to arrival will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of their payment. Cancellations within sixty (60) days of arrival are non-refundable unless the dates can be re-rented for the same amount as the original reservation.
Holiday dates are excluded from this cancellation policy. All holiday dates are non-refundable.
