Our highest service tier, our Elite Services enhance your stay with true Costa Rica luxury vacation style. Let go and allow yourself to indulge in the ultimate getaway and a true worry-free getaway, where you know every detail has been meticulously planned and any problem will be smoothed over by anyone but you.
Our Elite Services include:
- Daily Housekeeping: Housekeeping services are available Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
- Daily Breakfast Service: Wake each morning (exclusive of Sundays) to the scents of a fresh, homemade breakfast. Choose from a traditional Costa Rican breakfast or your favorite alternative.
- Snack & Beverage Prep: Your housekeeper will also prepare daily snacks, cocktails, and beverages. Feel free to request poolside service!
- Laundry Service: Your housekeeper is also available to attend to daily laundry needs.
Please note that for all food and beverage services, the guest will be responsible for food costs. Your concierge will be happy to arrange for kitchen stocking prior to and during your stay!

From planning tours and transportation to coordinating in-country needs like grocery purchases and check-in processes, your concierge will be on call throughout.
Our 5-star concierge services include:
- Vacation Planning: Our concierge is an expert in all things Costa Rica and her job is to get to know you that well, too. Share your desires and preferences, peruse our recommendations, and start building your must-haves, can’t-miss lists. She’ll tailor your vacation to your specific needs and interests. You dream and we’ll take care of the details.
- Transportation: Whether you require a private driver, a chartered helicopter, or simply a luxury car rental, your concierge can plan any manner of luxury transportation in Costa Rica.
- Kitchen Stocking: As we said – it’s the little things that make a difference! And one of those little things is knowing that when you arrive in Costa Rica, the kitchen is already stocked with snacks, beverages, meal ingredients, and more. (Groceries are at the guest’s expense.)
