A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation.
The remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival.
Cancellations:
The initial 50% deposit is refundable up until 45 days before arrival.
After the 45-day cut-off, refunds are possible if:
- The dates are sold to a third party.
- The sale to the third party is for equal or greater value than the original reservation.
Holiday dates are excluded from this cancellation policy. All holiday dates are non-refundable.
