Playa Barrigona is 200 meters away from the main house and has direct and private access from the property. Playa Guiones is 30 minutes away by car, and you can also visit Samara town around 20 minutes away.

-The three properties listed on this website can be rented individually at their respective prices, or all together as a combined package. Please contact us for more details and pricing information.**
-The property is only private when renting the entire estate
The listed price covers up to 20 guests. An extra fee applies for each additional guest beyond 20, with a maximum occupancy of 30 people.
Deposit and Payment Terms:
A deposit equivalent to the first night's stay is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, except for stays between December 20th and January 6th, where the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations:
The first deposit is refundable if the cancellation occurs before the due balance date.
Just to let you know, a credit card will be requested at the time of reservation as a backup for incidentals. In the event of any damages incurred during your stay, the provided credit card will be charged accordingly.
